With accessible pacing and low-equipment exercises, this class will help you build total body strength so that you can do all the things you love with your trainer Meg! Meg Humphrey is a fat, queer, Filipino American multimedia artist and personal trainer and movement coach. She is dedicated to taking the anti-fatness out of fitness and leads with kindness, compassion, and understanding to show that movement is for anyone in any body.
